What is Combat Budo
Combat Budo is not made for competition combat sports. It mainly focuses on emergency self-defence and offence (security purposes) situations. Combat Budo uses techniques and tactics designed only to suit that purpose.

SELF OFFENCE
Self-Offence strategies allow an individual to assert control in a dangerous situation by using verbal de-escalation tactics or, if necessary, employing physical techniques to neutralise an attacker. This approach requires a deep understanding of one’s environment, the ability to assess risks, and a strategic mindset.
MENTAL & PHYSICAL PREPARATION
Mental and Physical Preparation: building the mindset, conditioning, discipline, breathing excercises and more.
