Mudo Ryu
Mudo Ryu is the name of the martial art system practiced at White Wolf Mudo Ryu.
• "Mudo" is the Korean term for "Martial Way" (equivalent to the Japanese "Budo" — 武道).
• "Ryu" (流) means "style", "school", or "flowing tradition".
It represents not just fighting techniques, but a complete path of personal development through martial training — combining physical skill, mental discipline, and character growth.

WHITE WOLF Mudo Ryu is a dynamic and evolving martial art that blends a wide range of combat styles into one unified system.
White Wolf concentrates on Combat Budo - a modern martial arts system originating from Sri Lanka, distinct from traditional Japanese budo (the "martial way").
White Wolf is officially recognised by the Combat Budo International — marking us as the FIRST affiliated Combat Budo school in Malta!
This recognition is not just an honour for our team, but also a historic step for martial arts in Malta. It reflects our commitment to discipline, growth, and excellence in the art of Combat Budo.
Does Mudo Ryu have traditional roots?
Yes. Our system is rooted in traditional Korean and Japanese military arts and influenced by techniques from Taekwondo both WT and ITF, as well as Jujitsu, Karate, Combat Budo, Jeontu Ki-Do, Sipalki-Do, and Kendo, Aido many of which were developed during the Japanese occupation. While deeply grounded in tradition, White Wolf Mudo Ryu continues to grow and adapt to meet modern days demands.

WHITE WOLF is an officially recognised as full member of the International Budo Federation (IBF). This reflects our commitment to Budo martial arts practice, high technical and ethical standards, and continuous development within the international budo community.
