WHAT THE COURSE OFFERS

Why wait for danger to teach you? White Wolf Combat Budo gives you the tools BEFORE you need them. Remember: Your strength is always within; we've just helped you unleash it

In just one hour per week, you'll learn: Real-world self-defence techniques – situation awareness, simple escapes from grabs, effective kicks, confident verbal & physical responses, survival mindset, plus realistic surprises (including controlled aggressor simulations).

Dates: Starting 8th March 2026 (International Women's Day launch), then 15th, 22nd, and 29th March.

Length: 1-hour sessions on soft mats (comfortable clothes + socks only).

FAQs

Who can join?

Ladies of all fitness levels are welcome to join this self-defence course. Places are limited to 12 per class.

When are classes?

Sessions run Sundays at 12:00 pm, starting March 8th, 2026, for four weeks. Please note that prior registration is required.

Where is the course held?

Classes take place in our martial arts dojo located in Pieta, providing a safe and focused environment.

What should I wear?

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement. Only wear socks; no shoes are permitted on the soft mats.

Is prior experience needed?

No prior martial arts or self-defence experience is required to join.

How do I sign up for the course?

How much does it cost?

The course costs €60, which covers all four sessions, each lasting an hour. It's a great deal, and we think you’ll really enjoy it the training!
